"All that we see or seem, Is but a dream within a dream." Summon a spirit you met in a dream. Ask if it dreams. If not, teach it and tell it to dream of other spirits. Then ask it to summon a spirit that it met in a dream and ask that spirit to assist you in thriving in your dreams.
